A Comparative Study of Location Privacy Preservation in the Internet of Things

Location-Based Services (LBS) can gather the location of the user. In this process, the location of the user is stored on different systems, which makes it vulnerable. In this piece of work, we have compared simple location obfuscation mechanism and Enhanced Semantic Obfuscation technique (ESOT) for ensuring location privacy.
