This paper presents a research about the mapping of mediation evidences to support the pedagogical intervention in AVEA. Text mining techniques were used and Bayesian inference mechanisms were employed to categorize the interactions. A case study was applied to validate the research. Data were collected from the textual interactions. The system generated graphs and reports about the levels of mediation. As a result, we highlight the production of qualitative information about the interactions,
