The analysis method to identify reaction intermediates of combustion is proposed in this study. In the method, accurate mass of molecular and fragment ions measured by a time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOFMS) are used for the estimation of compounds which are not be able to identify by mass spectrum data of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) library.
