The psychological and other effects on the person in recreational sports depend to a greater extent on the training program: whether it is appropriate to the person's individual abilities. The real situation in recreational sports in Mexico is that there are few coaches with the capacity to work in sports, many coaches being former high-performance athletes without the necessary preparation. It is concluded that two healthy participating subjects perform standardized activity for one minute with different heart intensity zones (80% and 90%), and significantly different heart rates before activity p-value = 0.009624, at the end of activity p- value = 0.001782 and 5 minutes after the second measurement p-value = 9.283e-05.
