FOREWORD This report covers work the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI®) Office of Automotive Engineering has conducted for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in support of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct). Section 1506 of EPAct requires EPA to produce an updated fuel effects model representing the 2007 light-duty gasoline fleet, including determination of the emissions impacts of increased renewable fuel use. This report covers the room-temperature, 95°F, and 20°F exhaust
