The paper proposes a method of assessment of personnel security resources estimator of the enterprise, using the indicator approach. Formed groups of indicators and indicators for assessing, described their brief characteristics. Defined calculation methods, thresholds and direction of optimization of personnel security indicators. A method for estimation the security personnel of the enterprise is suggested. A rating scale of personnel safety level was elaborated.
