Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of [1,2,4]triazіno[2,3-c]quinazoline – pyrazoline hybrids

Present manuscript describes the design, synthesis and antimicrobial activity of novel [1, 2, 4] triazіno [2,3c]quinazoline -pyrazoline hybrids. The combination of pyrazoline cycle with [1,2,4]triazіno[2,3-c]quinazoline heterocyclic fragment was substantiated as promising approach for development of novel antibacterial and antifungal agents. more » ... physicochemical methods, the features of 1 H NMR-spectral characteristics were described as well. It was shown that synthesized compounds reveal significant growth inhibitory activity against Candida albicans strain.
