This study aims at investigating Electronic Management practiced by school principals and its relationship with administrative and technical performance based on the teachers' perspectives in Irbid Governorate, Jordan. The results of the study reveal that practicing Electronic Management by schools' principals in Irbid governorate is of an average level with a mean of (2.67) and standard deviation of )0.74(. The results also show that the performance of the principals is of an average level, but it indicates that there is a significant relationship between the practice of electronic management and the principals administrative and technical performance (r=0.66).
