Electron capture and loss cross sections have been measured for fast light projectile ions of 0.5 MeV H 0,1+ and 0.5-2.0 MeV 4 He 0,1+,2+ in collisions with C 60 . The gaseous target of C 60 was prepared by heating C 60 powder in a target cell to temperatures of 300-500°C, and outgoing charge fractions were measured as a function of the cell temperature.
