Tolerance of potato plants to chloride salinity is regulated by selective light

Compared the response of the plant Solanum tuberosum L. mid-varieties Nakra to chloride salinity which depending on lighting conditions. Regenerated plants were produced in vitro from apical meristem and grown on half-strength Murashige and Skoog medium using a hydroponic unit in controlled-climate conditions.
