Turkey is the main hazelnut producer and exporter country that it provides 68.8 % of world hazelnut production and 69.0% of world hazelnut-shelled export in the world. Export has become more crucial issue due to high production quantity, low domestic consumption level and its socioeconomic importance of Black Sea Region.
