Pachydrusen is found in pachychoroid diseases such as polypoid choroidal vasculopathy disease, central serous chorioretinopathy, pachychoroid pigment epitheliopathy and pachychoroid neovasculopathy. The typical choroidal changes of the spectrum are abnormally dilated pachyvessels, choroidal thickening with overlying retinal pigmentary epithelium changes.
