Older persons often loose independence during hospitalization. This analysis aimed at retrospectively evaluating the effects of a pilot individualized multidimensional intervention (IMI) on the comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA)-based prognosis of older multimorbid patients in an acute internal medicine setting.
