Noise Distribution Mapping and Ideal Settlement in the Airport Area
2020
International Journal of Emerging Trends in Engineering Research
In this study, measurements were conducted on the airport runway, which is analogous to a source of noise and also carried out in a residential area around Halim Perdanakusuma airport, Indonesia. The measurement distances are 500, 354, 250 and 50 meters. The distance used was obtained from the measurement of the nearest runway to the settlement point. The goal is to obtain an ideal settlement point based on noise levels, map out existing noise, and also analyze the noise level from the source.
