Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop an e-module based on the discovery of learning based on canonical analysis of soybean crop crossing. to improve students' critical thinking skills in class XII MAN 1 Tulungagung. The e-module was developed using the ASIE development model which consists of 4 stages: analysis, strategy, implementation and evaluation. Based on the results of the study showed that the E-module was declared valid with an N-gain value of 0.74.
