Design, Interpretation and Progression of BLDC Motor for Coreless Thruster

This paper is to present on the design, development and manufacture of a of high power Permanent Magnet Brushless DC (BLDC) motor for underwater vehicle propulsion system. The design requirements and critical parameter was analyzed. The non-linear design and analysis of a permanent magnet DC motor was performed in 2-D Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
