The results reveal that rural dwellers in Delta State were inadequate in knowledge, sources of information and practice of STIs and condom use in the prevention of STIs. There was no difference between males and females on their knowledge, sources of information and practice of condom use in the prevention of STIs. However, there was significant relationship between knowledge, sources of information and practice of condom use in the prevention of STIs.
