Regular exercise may prevent or delay the development of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). In addition to moderate- to vigorous-intensity exercise, daily physical activity is also important for the prevention and management of T2D. Elderly diabetics (50-70 years) were selected from the PSG Hospitals - a multi-specialty hospital. A Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire (DSMQ) was developed to be locally relevant.
