The aim of this paper is to structure a compact size rectenna for 5G mobile communication. The scale of the antenna is to kept as small as possible here we have considered 18 X 10 X 5 mm and operating frequency of 12GHz. The antenna designed here is probably going to own its applications in mobile communication system. more » ... al elements which increases gain, reduce return loss and improve bandwidth .And the desired antenna is interfaced with rectifier in order to increase its battery life. In this work we have achieved two resonating frequencies one at 11GHz and 34GHz with return loss at -14dB and − 18.0146dB and gain of 4.36535935watt which is converted to dc power of 4.768 Watts. In this work different parameters like return loss, Gain, Radiation pattern, rectifier design and dc power generated are improved.
