Objective: To compare severe pregnancy complications in ART singleton pregnancies treated with anticoagulation due to thrombophilia to low-risk, spontaneously conceived untreated pregnancies. Design: Retrospective case control. Setting: New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn New York.
