This Fermilab paper reports on the reliability of the Antiproton source since it began operation in 1985. Reliability of the complex as a whole as well as subsystem performance is summarized. Also discussed is the trending done to determine causes of significant machine downtime and actions taken to reduce the incidence of failure. Finally, results of a study to detect previously unidentified reliability limitations are presented.doi:10.1109/pac.1993.309806 fatcat:4blokms4cbc47ads24apwojnaq
