The background of this is dealing with students interest who become openly for asking asking for help from their peers in term of solving the problems they experience, without eliminating a professional counselor or a peer counseling. The steps of conducting peer counseling with mentoring and monitoring from the counseling counselor provide a fairly good understanding with communicative delivery. Evaluating peer counseling, the counseling teacher follows up and evaluates the activities by asking for regular spoken and written reports, observing, discussing changes of the clients, consulting and transferring the cases to the counselor.
