Soft skills are the interpersonal qualities that are considered as an important attribute in job applicants. This paper emphasised on the importance of soft skills from the management student perspective with the help of structured questionnaire taking 126 respondents among which 64 respondents are from MBA (Regular), 60 are from MBA (5 years Integrated program) and 2 of them are from BBA.
