A paired t-test was performed to evaluate changes in relationship satisfaction from the pre-test to the post-test. Semi-structured interviews with four couples were conducted to obtain their opinions, perceptions, and feelings about the RINGS Experience. The results of this study suggest that relationship satisfaction changes from before participating in the RINGS Experience to after the program was completed.
