This paper focuses on clarifying some of the issues raised during the cultural transformation of the Co Tu community in Agrong village, Atieng commune, Tay Giang district, Quang Nam province, in the construction of villages/hamlets and houses, under the impact of the process of forming and developing district administrative centers, from 2005 to the present (2019), at the same time, proposing some solutions to preserve and promote the traditional cultural values of them in the future.
