Daran angeschlossen, werden die unterschiedlichsten internationalen Modelle, sowohl einer Entkriminalisierung, als auch einer Regulierung in Augenschein genommen. Abstract This bachelor thesis takes an exciting trip in order to examine whether the current prohibition of Cannabis has failed or not. According to the key question there are going to be discussions about the possibilities and limits regarding the introduction of a Cannabis regulation model in Germany. The interesting point is to ask what such a model should look like in order to make it work. Before observing this issue there has to be taken a closer look at the current situation in Germany at first. The following subjects are going to be revealed: the consuming itself, the problems that occur due to the existing of Cannabis, and the German mental structure concerning a regulation of Cannabis. In the end there is going to be a representation of different international models as well as the illustration of decriminalization and regulation.
