Olive is an ever-green tree of the oleaceae family and of the genus olea , grown under a wide range of climates and soils all over the world. In Iran, 50 percent of all growing areas encountered by high salt concentration conditions and drought. Water deficit caused by drought and high salinity has been an important factor limiting crop productivity.
