... diagnosis. The etiology and ideal treatment remain unclear. Conservative treatment with immunosuppressive therapy has proven good efficacy. In this case report, we present a patient diagnosed with bilateral idiopathic granulomatous mastitis. We review and discuss the clinical presentation, imaging, diagnosis and management of this patient that eventually responds well to steroid therapy.
