The purpose of this research is to develop the Executive Understandings Scale and to examine its validity and reliability. The study was conducted on a total of 340 people, 180 of whom were women and 160 were men. Research data were obtained in the spring of 2019. Research data has a 5-point Likert-type rating of 1 "always" and 5 "never" in the Executive Understanding Scale.
