Mathematical Modeling of Regulatory Mechanisms for the Propagation of Excitation in the Central Nervous System
2020
2020 International Conference on Information Science and Communications Technologies (ICISCT)
The paper presents results of mathematical modeling of regulatory mechanisms of pathologies in the human nervous system responsible for acute respiratory failure in patients with COVID-19. Analysis of the characteristic behaviors of solutions of the developed functional differential equations with delay shows extinction modes, stable stationary state, stable selfoscillatory behavior, irregular functioning and the effect of sharp destructive changes -the "black hole" effect in the model of central nervous system regulation.
