These methods include e-beam lithography, focused ion-beam etching, dip-pen lithography, electro-spinning, DNA scaffolding, mechanical break junction, hydrodynamically focused stream, and nanopore template. In this chapter, we will introduce various fabrication methods for conducting polymer nanowires. This chapter is describes four methods: the template method, electrospinning method, nanolithography method, and microfluidic method.
