To establish the role of macrophages in diabetic foot syndrome pathogenesis the morphometric analysis of space-time distribution of CD68+ cells was performed in skin bioptates in diabetic patients with wound healing during 24 days (1 group; n=18), non-healing wounds (more than 1,5 month – 2 group, n=12), and progressive destructive process (3 group, n=15). It was shown that changes in macrophages reaction is important factor in dysregeneration syndrome in diabetic foot pathogenesis.doaj:95563dc94b9d46669ac5ad36c44ff1b7 fatcat:5w5hmojpizdr3nmkpansi6aouy
