This article aims to describe how students and teachers from schools in the municipalities of Fortaleza and Barreira in the state of Ceará, awarded the UCA Project, using the blog as a tool for teaching and learning with the use of educational laptop. The methodology is qualitative in nature. The results showed that activities were developed with students, including not only the preparation and publication of content.
