... bjects.Results : The mean cholesterol and LDL levels of the patients with panic disorder was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). No significant differences in TG, HDL and VLDL levels were found between the three groups.Conclusion : The findings of this study indicate that increase of noradernergic activity alone may not be responsible for elevation in lipid levels in patients with panic disorder.
