Liver injury in celiac disease may evolve from reactive hepatitis to autoimmune hepatitis. Our case is a reactive hepatitis evolves parallel with celiac disease activity. If the patient does not follow the gluten free diet both manifestations of celiac disease and reactive hepatitis will appear.
