Psychological Effects of Medical Uniforms' Desirability on Nurses Working in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
In the present study, eighteen nurses working in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology were asked to wear medical uniforms with different designs and to describe their impressions of the uniforms, psychological states while wearing them, and their desirability. (1) When the nurses were wearing medical uniforms that were desirable as viewed by them, they felt motivated to work and no psychological stress.
