Purpose] The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to the discharge destination of 126 patients who underwent acute rehabilitation. [Subjects and Methods] We assessed Activities of Daily Living (ADL) of 126 patients, based on the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) score at discharge and analyzed whether the FIM score was useful for predicting the outcome by discriminant analysis.
