The paper uses general scientific and special methods of empirical research: comparative analysis; analytical; systemic; comparison; analogy. Results of work. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the organization of partnership between the entities of the integration cluster integration association for realization of tasks in investment–building activity, in particular, with the inclusion of new enterprises of the stakeholders in the construction cluster. In order to organize effective interaction between the members of the integration association in the construction industry, it is suggested to document multilateral partner agreements that take into account the goals and benefits of all participants in the construction cluster to the maximum.
