Shoulder arthrography is a simple diagnostic technique used in shoulder disorders. However shoulder arthrography has been forgotten recently because of development of CT and MRI. We evaluated the low density medium in comparison to the usual contrast agent in coses with rotator cuff tears, recurrent dislocations and intra-capsular lesions.
