Open Court Principle in the Implementation of Courtroom Television in Indonesia and the Psychologycal Mind of Defendant

This research aims to analyze and carry out theoretical criticism related to the open court principle, in the implementation of courtroom television in Indonesia. There are differences in the implementation of courtroom television in several cases in Indonesia.
