In this study, Silver nanoprisms/Graphene Oxide/Silicon nanowires (AgNPr/GO/SiNWs) nanocomposites have been fabricated for Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) of Rhodamine 6G (R6G). The SiNWs have been synthesized using the metal-assisted chemical etching method. The surface morphologies of the SiNWs samples have been investigated using scanning electron microscopy.
