Dielectric and AC conductivity behavior of Hexanoyl Chitosan-NaI based polymer electrolytes

Hexanoyl chitosan-sodium iodide (NaI) complexes were prepared using solution casting method. The temperature dependence conductivity was performed in the temperature range of 303-343K. From the dielectric studies, it has been observed that the dielectric constant, εr and dielectric loss, εi increases with temperature in the lower frequency region and almost negligible in the higher frequency region.
