The mental health of college teachers not only affects their own lives, but also influences the growth of their students. This paper attempts to evaluate the current situation of mental health of college students and put forward a suitable management strategy. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was carried out among 500 teachers from 30 universities in Beijing, the capital of China.
