In this research, what's considered relevant is the theory of organization communication management, and the theory of organization communication. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. The research found on the field shows that the organization's communications management at NU Fatayat Ranting Bangkes in managing JATRA business has gone well, which is supported by a direct communication between Fatayat's leaders and several field coordinators. Also supported by timely planning by each member how they manage JATRA.
