The mean of N-Gain at control class was 0,60 in medium categorized and at experiment class 0,76 in higher categorized. From the result of t-test there is a significant difference between the control and experiment class. ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan media gambar pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap bulan Januari 2015. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen the matching only pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII 1 dan VIII 4 dengan jumlah masing-masing 33 siswa, yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretest, posttest dan lembar observasi Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa t-test. Rerata N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 0,76 kategori tinggi dan pada kelas kontrol 0,60 kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji-t terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan media gambar pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Pekanbaru.
