ICES advises that when the precautionary approach is applied, landings in each of the years 2023 and 2024 should be no more than 918 tonnes. ICES cannot quantify the corresponding total catches. To ensure that the stock in Functional Unit (FU) 33 is exploited sustainably, management should be implemented at the functional unit level.
