Carbon nanotube based nonvolatile memory

We propose the use of carbon-nanotube based vacuum microelectronics for a nonvolatile memory core. A design that can be implemented with state-of-the art nanotube fabrication techniques is presented and nonvolatile memory operation, up to 0.25 GHz, is shown to be feasible through circuit simulations.
