Based on the concepts of Sustainable Urbanism and performance-based design, this work proposes the development of a neighborhood in the city of São José dos Campos (SJC), São Paulo-Brazil. The results obtained are a systematization of the process and a system that allows various urban solutions based on numerical performance criteria.
