The study evaluated the effectiveness of module instruction in a Masters degree of a Pharmacy Management program. The modules enhanced opportunity for pharmacists who work in rural areas to study further. Pharmacists could participate in any modules and cumulated credits before they enrolled to be Masters degree students. The sample was 98 pharmacists participating in the modules.
