The effectiveness of using module instruction in a masters degree of pharmaceutical sciences (pharmacy management): A case study of faculty of the pharmaceutical sciences Khon Kaen University

The study evaluated the effectiveness of module instruction in a Masters degree of a Pharmacy Management program. The modules enhanced opportunity for pharmacists who work in rural areas to study further. Pharmacists could participate in any modules and cumulated credits before they enrolled to be Masters degree students. The sample was 98 pharmacists participating in the modules. The study found that pharmacists interested in taking the Masters degree through module instruction increased every
more » ... year. The main reasons were, they were able to accumulate credits without affecting their routine work (98.2%) and it did not affect their salaries (94.9%).
