Metallic and non metallic nanoparticles incorporated meropenem and ceftazidime synthesis for the improved antibacterial activity against human pathogenic bacteria

In the present study improved antibacterial activity of meropenem and ceftazidime incorporated with free and chitosan coated egg albumin nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles against Escherichia coli and Salmonella paratyphi has been carried out. Egg albumin nanoparticles incorporated drugs were synthesized by coacervation method and chitosan coated nnao drug conjugate by ionic gelation method.
